About Me

I thrive when I'm in the service of others. I've been described as intuitive, connected, and able to meet my clients where they are. I've been told that I can see infinite possibilities and that I show up with calm, steady energy.

I love challenging my clients to see the new perspectives from which they will create their future, and holding them accountable to living authentically.

I leverage my training, varied experience, and a passion for understanding psychological research to provide my clients with accountability and support as a coach. 

After pursuing bachelors degrees in psychology and business, I found myself at a crossroads between pursuing a PhD in clincial psychology and venturing into the business world. 

I chose the latter, gaining more than a decade of experience leading teams and directly supporting executive leadership in various roles in finance and tech, including several startups. Most recently, I lead a team to execute large scale, transformational projects as Senior Director of Sales Transformation in a high-growth tech company.

While I enjoyed structuring and designing solutions for challenging business problems, I found coaching people to be the most fulfilling aspect of this work.

I am also in the process of gaining the pre-requisites for a PhD in Psychology through Columbia University's psychology post-baccalaureate program.
